1 GENERAL
The seller is defined as Mad4sport.net, the internet trading arm of Final Score Sports Shop. The head office of the business is located at 79b High Street, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1AS. The term "You" as used in this document relates to the purchaser or potential purchaser.
This website and all transactions relating to it are governed by English law. Your statutory rights are protected and it is our policy wherever possible to offer you additional rights and protection beyond the statutory minimum.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of this site but we cannot be held responsible for unintentional errors such as pricing errors caused by typing inaccuracies or temporary software problems.
2 PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are expressed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
All payments via this site are handled by Sagepay. In our opinion, this provides both parties with maximum security. Sagepay, on our behalf, carry out rigorous security checks to ensure that fraudulent card use is identified and blocked from this site and offers you the highest levels of protection. Property rights to the goods in any transaction will only pass to you when full payment has been received by Mad4sport.
3 ORDERING PROCESS
As soon as we receive your order we begin the process of ensuring that it reaches you in perfect condition in the shortest possible time. Most orders are despatched on the same day that they are received and you will usually receive your goods within a few days. Occasionally, we may be out of stock of all or part of your order. In such circumstances, we will contact you so that you have the opportunity to amend or cancel your order. Any sums already debited by Mad4sport will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If you choose to accept a split or late delivery, you will not be liable for any extra delivery charge.
Delivery will be made by one of our approved couriers and in nearly all cases will require a signature as proof of receipt. The delivery address must be that to which the payment card is registered or it will be rejected during the payment authorisation process. Our courier will make every reasonable effort to ensure your goods are delivered to your satisfaction or are available for you to collect. Occasionally goods may be returned to Mad4sport when all attempts at delivery have failed. You will be responsible for all reasonable courier charges incurred in this event (minimum charge £9.99).
Delivery charges are as set out in your Shopping Cart and will always be clearly visible before submitting your order. No responsibility is accepted by us for any losses whatsoever in the event of a delivery outside our usual time frame. At present we only supply to UK addresses.
4 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
You are legally entitled to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placing it. Mad4sport has extended this statutory period to 10 days for its customers. After 10 days, Mad4sport considers that the products have been accepted by the customer and are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Any goods cancelled within this 10 day period but which have already been despatched may still be returned to us (with their original packaging and in saleable condition) within 21 days. The purchase price (excluding any delivery charges) will be promptly refunded. Cancellations made prior to us despatching your goods will be fully refunded if funds have already been debited.
Any goods which are not to your satisfaction may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days. All products so returned must be fully resaleable and complete with any accessories, promotional offers etc that may have accompanied the original product. The full purchase price (excluding any delivery charges) will be promptly refunded.
In the case of faulty goods, the same procedure as above will apply except that any refund approved will include a refund of any original delivery charge incurred.
Please note that all returns must be pre-authorised by e-mail to info@mad4sport.co.uk. Please advise us of all relevant details in your e-mail particularly your personal details, the items being returned and your reasons for doing so. If your return is authorised, you will be issued with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the outside of your returns package. We strongly recommend that you use a method of return requiring our signature as you remain legally responsible for the goods until they reach us.

The privacy of our customers is very important to us and we have taken and continue to make every effort to comply with and exceed the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act of 1988.
Our site and our agents Sagepay, use various security systems to protect your information from unauthorised users.
Unlike some other sites, we will not share any of your information to 3rd parties except in unusual circumstances eg to assist in a criminal investigation.
